Lemon-Mint Green Beans

Ingredients:
-1 pound of trimmed green beans
-1/4 cup of shredded carrots
-1 tablespoon of lemon juice
-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
-1/2 teaspoon of dried mint leaves
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
Procedure: 1. Bring one cup of water to boil.
2. Place beans in steamer and cover for 12 minutes or until tender.
3. Combine beans with juice, mustard, mint, pepper, garlic, and yogurt.
4. Toss.
