It offers 15 minutes of fame for anyone with access to a camera, a computer, and a little creativity.
"Instead of a world that's driven by hits that take a lot of money and a lot of production, that kid in the back yard with a football and a poor quality digital video camera can create something that's hugely entertaining for a huge number of people," said Xeni Hardin, a tech journalist.The Web site launched in December and it is already gets 30 million viewers a day.
