Police said Thursday that the death of a Philadelphia man was an accident.

Byron Felder
Byron Felder, 29, crashed his motorcycle on his way home from work on Tuesday.

Police found his body Wednesday under the Interstate 95 overpass at Aramingo Avenue.

Felder was still wearing his motorcycle helmet but, at first, police couldn't find his motorcycle.

However, on Thursday authorities told NBC 10 News that the motorcycle was found the day of the accident sitting on the ramp with the keys still in the ignition.

Felder's father, George Myrick, said that his son apparently took an unusual route home from work. Myrick held back his emotions as he talked about his son.

"He was a good father to his kids," he said.

Felder had two daughters, a 6-year-old named Arlinda and a 3-year-old named Justice.
