Authorities charged two attorneys with simple assault after they say the men got into a fist fight at a New Jersey courthouse.
Forty-two-year-old Costantino Fragale and 43-year-old Jeffrey Mandel were taking a deposition at the Bergen County Courthouse on Wednesday.
County Sheriff's Department spokesman Anthony Cureton tells The Record newspaper there were verbal arguments and a fight.
Mandel tells the newspaper Fragale was bloodied and he sustained no injuries.
The two were released on bail.
