Downed Wires Caused Delays
SEPTA service returned to normal following 30-minute delays duringthe evening rush hour Tuesday.Downed wires at 30th Street Station caused 15- to 30-minute delays on several SEPTA regional rail lines, including the R-5, R-7 and R-8. The R-6 Cynwyd service was temporarily suspended.
SEPTA said an inbound R-5 from Paoli brought down wires at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday.
