A Pennsylvania state constable who was shot in Delaware County last week was released from the hospital on Sunday.

Constable Carmen Damiani went home after he was released from the hospital.

He was shot on Wednesday when he attempted to serve an eviction notice at an apartment in Yeadon.

The manager of the complex was also shot and remained in stable condition on Sunday.

Tamarr Minor, 21, is accused of opening firing on Damiani and the apartment manager as they tried to evict him. He faces three counts of attempted murder.

He is being held on $1 million bail.
