Police Shoot Man After High-Speed Chase

BRISTOL, Pa. -- Police said officers shot a man after a chase ended in a crash in Bucks County.Gunshots were fired on Radcliffe Street at about 9 p.m. after a car chase in Bristol. Police said the chase ensued when officers tried to serve a warrant at a house on Seabird Drive.Witness Nicole Davis said she saw a black sport utility vehicle speeding by before she heard a crash.
"We heard a big crash and gunshots going off," she said.Witnesses said they heard seven to 10 shots fired."We heard some kind of a crash, and all of a sudden there was 'pow-pow,' a couple of gunshots," witness Gina Bifolco said.Police said the man shot who was shot was the person they were serving the warrant on.A police officer was also injured when glass from the windshield of his car shattered after his car was shot at.The man and the officer were taken to the hospital. There was no word on their conditions.
