Teacher Charged With Sending Lewd Video Of Self To Girl

A 31-year-old technology teacher at a New Jersey middle school was arrested late Thursday night and charged with sending a lewd video of himself to a child.Daniel P. Corvino, of Theresa Street in Ewing Township and a teacher at Pond Road Middle School in Mercer County, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact.According to Mercer County Prosecutor Joseph L. Bocchini Jr., students approached a Robbinsville High School teacher after instruction on the dangers of Facebook and MySpace, telling him they were concerned with inappropriate communications with Corvino.
School officials said they contacted the Robbinsville Township police, who searched the Corvino's home, seized computer equipment and took him into custody.Corvino allegedly used a Web camera to broadcast himself touching his private area and sent it to a 14-year-old Robbinsville girl, authorities said.Corvino was being held on $100,000 bail.
