School Crossing Guard Arrested, Accused Of Selling Drugs

A Philadelphia school crossing guard was arrested Friday, accused of selling drugs out of her home.Ruby Pettaway, 50, was arrested at her house on South 61st Street.Police said they found more than 200 grams of marijuana, cash and weapons.
Pettaway was charged with criminal conspiracy, manufacturing with the intent to deliver, possession and other related offenses, police said.Pettaway has been stationed as a crossing guard at 53rd and Pine streets for more than a decade.But police said she's never sold drugs from that corner.
