A witness said a man sideswiped his car before driving away and slamming head-on into another car in Gloucester County on Sunday night.Patrick Brady, the driver of the striking vehicle, and the driver of the second car were both rushed to Cooper Hospital following the Washington Township crashes.The 17-year-old victim suffered internal injuries, but his medical condition and name were not released. Brady, who was charged with driving while under the influence of a controlled substance, suffered a broken leg and cuts.
Police did not immediately release any other details.
