A Pennsylvania man has started a Web site that provides parents with paddles and directions on how to spank their children.

Joey Salvati of New Kensington started making his two-foot wooden paddles four years ago. At first, he gave them away locally. Then, he turned to the Internet, where he's offering the paddles to anyone for $5.75 plus shipping.Salvati said God told him to create the paddles to punish unruly children and he insists his paddle is not a form of abuse."I don't want a kid getting hurt with it, what I want is it to be a tool. If a parent has to use it like this, at least if they follow guidelines, it is not abuse, it's correction," said Salvati.
The spanking paddle even comes with a "swat guide":Three swats for cheating and lying
Four swats for cheating and lying
Five swats for endangering yourself and someone else
