The world's most-watched couple arrived in Haiti on Friday.

Pitt and a pregnant Jolie arrived to throngs of paparazzi covering their every move at the Port-Au-Prince airport.

Jolie stunned the gossip world earlier this week when she confirmed she is pregnant with Pitt's baby.

The Oscar-wining actress is already the adopted mother to two children.

Jolie is in Haiti as part of her work as goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commission For Refugees.

She is in the country to celebrate the first anniversary of a food aid program.
